We never make you guess what your membership covers. This page lists every museum in the network — fourteen of them, across the canal region and beyond — so you can see exactly where your card admits you before you join. A single membership covers all of them, all year, as often as you like. The network has grown steadily as new museums have joined, and this page is kept current so what you read here is what your card opens at the door.
The society's home region, and the heart of the network — the museums of the three canal cities, each telling part of the region's layered history.
| Museum | City | Your card covers |
|---|---|---|
| Canal regional history museum | Suez | Full permanent collection |
| Maritime & navigation museum | Suez | Full permanent collection |
| Ismailia regional antiquities museum | Ismailia | Full permanent collection |
| Canal company heritage house | Ismailia | Full permanent collection |
| Port Said national museum | Port Said | Full permanent collection |
| Port Said military museum | Port Said | Standard entry; special displays reduced |
As the society has grown, the network has reached into the eastern Delta and the Mediterranean coast, so a member's card travels further than the canal cities alone.
| Museum | Area | Your card covers |
|---|---|---|
| Eastern Delta heritage museum | Zagazig area | Full permanent collection |
| Delta folk-life museum | Mansoura area | Full permanent collection |
| Coastal antiquities collection | Damietta | Full permanent collection |
| Textile-history museum | Mahalla area | Full permanent collection |
| Lighthouse & sea museum | Damietta coast | Standard entry; tower reduced |
Beyond the regions above, three further museums — a decorative-arts house, a small archaeology collection, and a maritime-trade museum — round the network out to fourteen, with more in conversation to join. Wagdy, who manages the partnerships, adds museums carefully rather than chasing numbers: a museum joins the network when the partnership genuinely serves both the members and the museum, not merely to lengthen a list. When a museum does join, this page is updated and members are told, so the network you see is always the network your card opens.
If a museum you care about is not yet in the network, tell us through the contact page — member interest is exactly what guides which museums we approach next. The network grew to fourteen because members asked, and it will keep growing the same way. Every museum here is covered by a single membership, with the full benefits set out on the benefits page.
Yes. A single membership of any tier covers every museum listed here, all year, with no per-museum or per-visit charge. There is no tiered access by region — every member's card opens the whole network.
We keep it up to date and revise it whenever a museum joins or changes what it offers. If a museum is temporarily closed for refurbishment we note it; if you spot something out of date, telling us helps every member.
Please do — through the contact page. Member interest genuinely guides which museums we approach next, and the network has grown largely because members asked for it.
It means your card admits you to that museum's normal permanent collection as often as you like. Where a museum has a separately ticketed special display or tower, the table notes it, and members usually receive a reduced rate on those rather than free entry. We mark every exception rather than letting you assume.
Partnerships are long-term, but in the rare event a museum leaves the network we tell members promptly and honestly, and we factor it into how we price and describe membership. We would never quietly let the network you joined for thin out without saying so.
If the museums you love are in the network, join and your card opens them all today.
