Whether you want to join, ask which museums are in the network, sort out a card, arrange a gift membership, or just understand whether membership suits you, this is the place. The member-care team is small and based at our Suez office, so the person who answers you is the person who can actually help — usually Dina or one of her small team. Tell us what you need below, or write or call directly, and we reply within one working day, from a real person who knows the society and can actually act on what you have asked rather than pass you down a chain of departments.

How to get in touch.

Email reaches us most reliably and lets us reply in full and carefully; for something quick or time-sensitive, the phone is fine during office hours and often fastest. If you are asking about joining, telling us which tier interests you and whether it is for yourself, a household or a gift lets us answer completely in one reply.

Our Suez office is the society's home and members are welcome to call in during office hours — to join in person, collect a card, or simply say hello. But nothing requires a visit; the whole of membership can be handled by email and phone, which is how most of our members, scattered across Egypt and beyond, do it.

Questions we are often asked first.

How fast will you reply?

Within one working day, Sunday to Thursday. Because we reply personally, a full answer sometimes comes the next morning rather than the next hour — but it will be from a real person who can help, not an auto-reply.

My card isn't working at a museum — what do I do?

Show the museum staff your digital card and, if it still will not verify, call us during office hours — we can confirm your membership on the spot or reissue the card. Keep your welcome email handy as it has your membership reference.

Can you tell me if a specific museum is in the network?

Yes — check the museum network page, which lists every member museum, or send us the name through the form and we will confirm before you join.

I'd like to give a membership as a gift — how?

Choose "a gift membership" on the form above and tell us the recipient's name and the tier you'd like to give. We set it up in their name and send them the welcome and card, and the gift year starts when they activate it. The gift page explains it fully.

Can I join in person at the Suez office?

Yes — members are welcome to call in during office hours to join, collect a card or simply ask questions face to face. Nothing requires a visit, but the office is the society's home and you are always welcome there.
